Spring is getting closer every day, and there are fun family events happening all over Indianapolis. Here are some events we think you’ll love.
Things to do this weekend on the Northside of Indy
Indy Kids Sale – You’ll want to make time this weekend to head to the Indy Kids Sale at the Hamilton County Fairgrounds so you can save big on children’s clothes, toys, and gear. Admission to the sale is free and it runs Thursday through Saturday. Saturday is half-price day!
Morning Movies at Goodrich Quality Theaters – Friday, Saturday, and Sunday morning at 10:00am you can enjoy a family-friendly movie at Goodrich Hamilton 16 in Noblesville. Tickets are $1, or FREE for those who have a FMG card.
Urban Beats with Ms. Dana – Move, Dance, and Sing at the Urban Chalkboard in Carmel on Saturday morning. Kids can sing and use rhythm instruments to find their own grooves.
Things to do this weekend on the Southside of Indy
Free Pokemon League – Saltire Games is host to a free league on Sundays that teaches the Pokemon card game to kids. Bring your own deck of cards or pick one up at the store!
Things to do this weekend on the Westside of Indy
Maple Syrup Days – On Saturday, head out to McCloud Nature Park in Hendricks County to enjoy Maple Syrup days. Learn how to make this delicious treat, and purchase some to take home!
OYEA Kite Flying Contest – Head out to Riverside Park or Juan Solomon Park on Saturday morning to learn the basics of building and flying your own kite. This FREE activity is for kids ages 7-15.
Open Gym at The Flip Zone – The Flip Zone is offering open gym for school aged kids this Saturday from 1:00-2:00pm. Come out to bounce jump and play! If you have younger kids, check out their preschool open gym on Thursday.
