Any commercial that shows people coming together or sharing a moment makes me tear up and causes a crazy chemical reaction on my insides. You know that feeling behind your sinuses and down through the back of your throat? I LOVE that feeling!
It can be a really big, extravagant ordeal that gets my emotions going, or even a small act. When I see military families seeing one another for the first time in a long time — I feel it. When I watched the McDonald’s Super Bowl Commercial — I felt it. I love that McDonald’s is bringing the Pay with Lovin’ campaign straight out of their Super Bowl commercial and planting it in real life.
Through Valentine’s day, randomly selected McDonald’s customers will be selected to “Pay with Lovin'” at participating restaurants in the Central Indiana area. From 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. each day, customers will be selected at random to participate. These lucky guests will be given the option to pay for their order with an act of Lovin’ instead.
Bob Jedele, McDonald’s of Central Indiana Co-Op President says, “Pay With Lovin’ is a way for us to thank our customers by making their day, and hopefully they will make someone else’s day as well.” Just the other day, my friend Amber posted a photo on Facebook with her mom and said that she paid for her lunch with a hug! I was thrilled to see that someone I knew got to experience this and I can’t wait to see how you all Pay with Lovin’ this week!
