My favorite days in high school were the days that we had pep rallies. Oh man, I LIVED for pep rallies, partly because I had school spirit but mostly because we got out of class and had a shortened class schedule on those days. I sure miss pep rallies but this year I’m going to attend the Colts version of a pep rally. Every Friday (Saturday or Thursday) on the weeks that there are home games, from 12pm-1pm, the Colts have invited all of us to meet up at various locations big time fun.
Blue Friday (and Thursday and Saturday) events offer fans one of 24 chances to win tickets to see the Colts play in Lucas Oil Stadium and each ticket includes a pass to a VIP pre-game reception at the stadium. The Colts Cheerleaders will be visiting, Hank FM will host promotional giveaways, the Colts and DCS will hold a book drive for the Books for Youth Program which provides books to Indiana foster youth. There will be Colts Give-a-ways and weather permitting, you’ll have a chance to see the Colts In Motion traveling museum and participate in the Quarterback Challenge Inflatable. Other activities and happenings will take place when the location is somewhere other than Meijer.
Oh, and everyone knows that you HAVE to wear the home team colors at a pep rally! In case you’ve forgotten, BLUE!

INFO ON WINNING TICKETS
The Colts would like to encourage all fans to arrive at Meijer Blue Friday’s early and find a spot in line to win a pair of tickets. Fans should see a Meijer representative for location of “game” line. There will be only one official line for tickets at each Meijer Blue Friday. The line to participate in the “game” for the free ticket opportunity will be administered on a first come first serve basis. Fans in line will be allowed one attempt at the ticket “game”; however, non-winning fans may get back in line for additional attempts. If someone wins tickets they will not be permitted to win an additional pair. Family members attending the Blue Friday together may win up to one pair of tickets per person. Once all 24 pairs of tickets are given away, the line will be cut off. All Blue Fridays will take place rain or shine. All Colts Blue Friday times are local.
