Is it just me, or do kids outgrow clothes faster the more you spend on them?! The good news is, you can resell those outgrown, gently used clothing items – and pick up new pieces for significantly less than retail!
Whale of a Sale Indy South is coming to The Gathering Place April 21 – 22 for their Spring sale event. This is one of Indiana’s largest children’s consignment sales featuring thousands of pieces of clothing, toys, furniture, baby equipment and more, in over 12,000 square feet of sale space! You WILL find something you or your children need.
If consigning isn’t for you, you will still want to check out this awesome sale! Get great deals on name brand items in excellent condition. All sale items undergo a screening/inspection process prior to being placed on the rack.Items with excessive wear, holes, or stains aren’t accepted – meaning you will have the best selection of items to choose from.
Whale of a Sale Indy South offers free admission (a limited number of $10 presale passes are available here) and free parking, with a half price day on the last day of the sale.
From personal experience, I recommend wearing comfortable shoes and bringing a large (or several large!) reusable bags to carry your haul. I’ve even seen shoppers with a laundry basket on a rope! Give yourself plenty of time to peruse the racks and tables, and to stand in a potentially long check out line (that luckily moves quickly, and passes by many great vendors!)
Be sure to get the Whale of a Sale Indy South on your calendar because this is an event not to be missed!
