Eagle’s Nest. One South Capitol Avenue, Indianapolis, Indiana, USA, 46204. Nestled high in the Indianapolis downtown skyline is Indy’s only revolving restaurant. The stunning views are breathtaking and luckily this fine dining establishment welcomes children. While you enjoy the lamb chops and duck demi, the ala carte sides are sure to be a hit with your kiddo with roasted brussel sprouts with parmesan cheese and steamed asparagus among many other tasty options. It will definitely be a night to remember.

Fogo De Chao. 117 E. Washington St., Indianapolis, IN 46204. This phenomenal Brazilian restaurant is an incredible find. The market table buffet complete with a wide variety of salads, roasted vegetables and cheeses would alone satisfy even the pickiest little eater. Bring on the skewers of fresh steak, chicken, lamp, pork, and even seafood and there is definitely something for everyone.  The best part-children 6 and under are FREE!

St. Elmo Steakhouse. 127 S. Illinois St. Indianapolis IN 46225. If you are looking for a truly elegant experience complete with filet mignon and crème brulee then this is your place. Little ones are welcome. Watch the shrimp cocktail sauce, it’s a spicy lover’s delight but you might want to skip it for the baby.

Seasons 52. 8650 Keystone Crossing Indianapolis, IN 46240. One of our favorite things about Seasons 52 is the ever changing seasonal menu. Combine that with the romantic ambience of a piano serenade and candlelight and you’ve got a winner. To complete the date, stroll over to Landmark theaters for a movie. Who knows, maybe your kiddo will fall asleep?

Mesh on Mass Avenue. 725 Massachusetts Avenue, Indianapolis, IN 46204. Dining at Mesh is a true culinary experience. The food is as beautiful as it is decadent and the vibe is fabulously contemporary. What’s even better is how child friendly the restaurant is. Your little one will fit right in at their stylish tables and the bread pudding with Kid eating at tablecherries and vanilla ice cream is sure to delight his or her taste buds.

Hollyhock Hill. 8110 N College Avenue. Indianapolis, IN 46240. Speaking of bread pudding, sitting around a hearty family meal can be quite relaxing and there’s no better place to do it along with your little one then Hollyhock Hill. It’s almost as if you are stepping back in time with platters of Hoosier Fried Chicken, gravy, creamy whipped potatoes, homemade pickled beets, apple butter and of course homemade brownies all served family style for your delight.

Gregory’s Russian Restaurant. 6066 E. 82nd Street, Indianapolis, IN 46250. There’s a new Russian restaurant in town complete with live jazz and classical music and it’s sure to satisfy your eclectic palate. Your little one is bound to have a grin ear to ear while gripping perfectly fluffy perozki (baked dumplings stuffed with meat) in each hand. You can’t leave without trying the Ukrainian Borsch and Napoleon pastry.

Flatwater Restaurant on the Canal. 832 E. Westfield Blvd. Indianapolis, IN 46220. What’s more romantic than sitting by the water listening to live music on a warm spring day? The atmosphere of this special place is casual yet very romantic. Enjoy the slow roasted baby back ribs, Mahi Mahi tacos, and for the little one good old fashioned grilled cheese and chicken tenders.  We loved bringing our little one out on the patio this past summer.

Brics, Broad Ripple Ice Cream Station. 901 East 64th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46220. Grab your cone (they even have a gluten free one!) with delicious ice cream flavors like Broad Ripple Blackberry, Pistachio, Butler Pecan and many more and take a romantic stroll with your child to enjoy the sights and sounds of Broad Ripple on the Monon trail. What makes Brics even betterbrics broad ripple ice cream station indianapolis is that it is located inside the original Broad Ripple train station. How cool is that?

The Cake Bake Shop. 6515 Carrollton Ave. Indianapolis, IN 46220. Who doesn’t love sitting down with a cup of rich coffee or fragrant tea and their favorite slice of cake? If you like cake, Cake Bake is the place to be. Salads, sandwiches, quiches and soups complete the rich dessert menu and the french chandeliers make you feel like you have just stepped inside a fairytale.
