2015 Trick or Treat Halloween Hours for the Indianapolis Area
Noblesville Parks and Recreation Department and the Hamilton County Council on Alcohol and Other Drugs invite families to a fun Halloween party outdoors at Forest Park Shelters 3 and 5. The party will be 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Friday, October 30. Guests are invited to come dressed in their favorite Halloween costume and for that evening’s weather while they enjoy games, dancing, music, hayrides, storytelling around the campfire and plenty of outdoor activities.
Trunk or Treat at St. Lawrence Catholic Church and School, 6pm – 8pm. Face painting, dancing, door prizes and trick or treating. There will be a food truck with items available for purchase, students will be selling hot cider, hot chocolate and tickets for a haunted hay ride.

Irvington Halloween Festival Street Fair
This is an annual FREE event from 10:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. offering entertainment, food and over 170 vendors throughout Irvington. Located along East Washington Street between Ritter (to the West) and Bolton (to the East), and Audubon Street from Washington (to the North) to Bonna Ave (to the South).
Parking Map: There will be free parking offered at Irvington Plaza. Free Bike cabs provided by Maximum Grow Gardening. Free bus shuttles provided by Crestwood Village East to transport people to the eastern border of the festival and back. Please bring cash to tip your driver.

Slightly Haunted Puppet Show
Come see this FREE (slightly) haunted children’s puppet show by Melchior Marionettes and Peewinkle’s Puppet Studio. The Show features beautiful hand-crafted and costumed marionettes performing in full view of the audience. The cast includes dancing ghosts and skeletons, a juggling scarecrow, and Esmerelda the witch, while Dracula welcomes visitors from a second story ghost house.
