A large park in midtown Indianapolis, just north of The Indianapolis Children’s Museum, beckons to the masses with it’s colorful rubber coating and play elements that rise above the hills of bright green imitation grass. There are big plans in store for this park and phase one of the renovations and building are nearly done.
You’ll find a traditional playground with slides and climbers on the northside of the parking lot and you can’t miss the brand new addition on the south side of the parking lot. It’s sort of like an adventure park, meets parkour course for older kids. There is a play area for the little ones but it is more appealing to older kiddos.
