The Best Places to Watch Fireworks in Indy

In the past, the ideal fireworks viewing location was at a local festival from the comfort of your lawn chair or a picnic blanket spread out. Our family has been known to hang out in a parking lot near a fireworks show, pay for parking, and tailgate. If you do a 4th of July tailgate, make sure that you are in a place where this is permitted and that you arrive a few hours before dark to avoid traffic.
