That word wins every time in my house, in restaurants and at gatherings with my friends. Do you want to take something ordinary and elevate it? Add bacon. Do you want to make a vegetable dish more appealing? Add bacon. Like glitter to a child’s art work, bacon adds that jazz and pizzazz that we’re all looking for in our food.
