December 9-11th Events

There continues to be many Holiday activities to choose from as December rolls on.

On December 9th Central  Indiana’s Dance Ensemble of Tchaikovsky’s The Nutcracker will be performed at the Zionsville Performing Art Center at 7:30. Click here to purchase tickets.

One of the most popular Christmas shows, IPL Yuletide Celebration, will have performances today at 2 & 8 pm. Take your family to see the Dancing Santas and new performances including The Voice winner and Indy’s own Josh Kaufmann. Click here to purchase tickets.

The Holiday shows continue with Beef & Boards Christmas. Join Santa and friends as they take the stage for a dazzling evening of songs, stories & more. Click here to make a reservation.

On December 10th if you are wanting some exercise for your family then sign up for 2016 Jingle Bell Run at Bankers Life Fieldhouse. There is something for the entire family with this race with a 10k, 5k, 1 mile walk and even a kid run.

If you’re lucky enough to have a ticket for Christmas on the Farm at Traders Point Creamery then don’t forget to bundle up and go. Click here to get your name on a waitlist if you didn’t purchase tickets and would still like to try to go.

If you’re looking for a FREE event then look no further than the Gingerbread Scavenger Hunt in Carmel.  Clues will lead you around the Arts & Design District to discover hand-made Gingerbread Houses in merchants’ windows.  There are prizes as well.

On Sunday, December 11th help to prevent child abuse by attending the 3rd Annual Carols 4 Kids at Pinheads in Fishers. There will be performers signing your favorite Christmas Carols and a special visitor from the North Pole. All ages are welcome and there is a pizza buffet where you can purchase food.

If your fur babies haven’t seen Santa yet then take them to the Greenwood Park Mall for their Santa Pet Photo Night.  This free event is from 7-8:30 pm.

Finally, if you want to dream of summer then take your family swimming at Open Swim at Stoney Creek Swim Center. This is from 4-6 pm and is free for members or $5 each for non-members.
