Earth Day Indiana Festival – Saturday, April 28th

On Saturday, April 28th, head over to White River State Park from 11am-4pm for a FREE outdoor festival celebrating Earth Day in Indiana. There will be more than 140 conservation exhibits, live music (including a kids entertainment stage with wonderful acts: Bill Bailey, Animalia and Ruditoonz), food and special activities just for kids. This is the 22nd year that this event has been held and it gets bigger and better every year!

Earth Day Indiana will take place even if mother nature has rain in store, the festival is held under large tents. The first 200 kids will get the opportunity to build a birdfeeder to take home, Indiana’s Family of Farmers will help kids plant a seed in a CowPot to take home, ride the Cummins bicycle generator and watch and learn about producing energy. There are so many giveaways and great treats and activities that I cannot even list them all here!

See you and your family on the 28th!
