Indiana State Museum


Drop your child off at a class to encourage creativity, exploration and independence in an environment that fosters curiosity and imagination during this monthly program. This program is for 4- to 6-year-olds to attend on their own.

SEPTEMBER – Water Exploration: This month, your little one will learn all about water by learning about water animals, experimenting with a sensory water table, ice cube painting and more. Registration is required by Sept. 12.

OCTOBER – Simple Machines: This month, your child will become an inventor or engineer as participants make their own blueprints and create their own machines. Registration is required by Oct. 10.

NOVEMBER – Building Blocks: This month, your child will be inspired by brick artwork at the museum, and participants will create their own artwork using blocks and paint. Registration is required by Nov. 14.
