Stroll through the park with our resident naturalist and learn what to nibble on in nature! Many plants we consider “weeds” were eaten by Native Americans and pioneers. Dandelions, sorrel, and violets are commonly used in salads. You will learn the do’s and don’ts of eating native plants. Be sure to dress for the weather.
