The Street Fair is the centerpiece of the Historic Irvington Halloween Festival

For more than 70 years, the Festival has brought together thousands of residents, dozens of neighborhood organizations, and countless Eastside businesses in a fun-filled celebration of our heritage and community. The festival and its associated events are designed to bring awareness to the community, to bring commerce to local business and sponsors, and to provide fun for the children of Irvington and Indianapolis.

Join tens of thousands for one of the oldest and largest Halloween Festivals in the country!

Free admission. Artists! Beer tents! Battle of the Bands contest! DJs! Canine costume contest! Human costume contest! Food trucks! 5k run!

Costumed or no, we want to see you!

Free parking at Howe High School and Marsh Plaza lot. Shuttle provided from Howe Lot to the festival with free will donation to Howe Athletics. Shuttles from Marsh Lot provided by Justus Family of Companies.
