(PSD) is a FREE all-day educational outreach program held in the fall on the West Lafayette campus of Purdue University. It is designed to give approximately 675 students from 3rd to 8th grades the opportunity to learn about engineering and space exploration through listening to a presentation by a Purdue alumnus astronaut and by participating in three unique age-appropriate hands-on experiences with the intention of sparking their interest in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) using a space theme.
Online registration for this event will begin at 8:00 am on September 7th. Spaces will fill quickly, so be sure to create a calendar reminder and bookmark our website.
