Want to help your students learn about how things grow in a hands on environment?

We’re hosting a time for an educational tour for homeschool students and their families. These classes are primarily geared for students ages 5-12 years old or 4-10th grade  (younger and other siblings may purchase tickets as well, but educational focus will be as indicated per class).

  • Time in the greenhouse seeing how plants grow.
  • Hands on lesson about greenhouse and plant related topics (see below for exact topic for each class)
  • Snack (donuts and cider).
  • Talk about how things grow in a hands on environment.
  • Class lasts approximately one hour.

Limited to first 20 participants to register per time slot.  Please purchase tickets in advance as space is limited.  It is unlikely there will be spaces available the day of the event.

Cost: $7/ child.  Children 0-23 months are free {assuming that they don’t want craft, snack, planting…and are OK with sitting on mommy’s lap}.  Any children ages 2 years to 16 years who attend must have ticket.spring greenhouse field trips
