Here is your printable list, the details on where and how are listed below! Have fun and happy holidays!

Experience the Polar Express. You can take a ride on a themed train in several locations or watch it in the 3d IMAX, in your pajamas of course!

Pick a local Christmas tree. Our family visits Piney Acres every year because we love their service and family friendliness but there are lots of places to do this!

Mail a letter to Santa Claus. Lulu and Scout take their Christmas letters to the Circle downtown to be mailed because Santa writes back.

Visit Santa in a grand way. We love to see Santa land in a helicopter, arrive in a firetruck and have breakfast and dinner with good little boys and girls. He’s everywhere this season but we like to see him in a way that goes beyond standing in line for a picture.

Check out a big lighted tree. Tree lighting ceremonies are a great tradition to add to your holiday checklist. Generally, you can find one to attend from the week before Thanksgiving until the first week of December. Missed the lighting? No problem, go see the tree anyway and hang out with a cup of cocoa and cookies.

Walk in a winter wonderland. Our family is looking for more opportunities to do this but we love the Luminary Walk in Carmel and Conservatory Crossing at Garfield Park.

Tour the best lights in Indy. So many people in Indy love to decorate their homes for people to see. Look for our map of the best places to visit (coming soon) or find the one that the newspaper prints. Feel free to send us some suggestions! Our go to location is Reynolds Farm.

Watch candy canes being made. Ever since we’ve discovered the Martinsville Candy Kitchen, we’ve told everyone we know that they HAVE TO GO! You too! YOU HAVE TO GO!
