The NAYR Foundation Inc. is a year around programming that exposes and engages students with the industry of Aviation for grades 3-12. We use the DEMA acronym for the structure of our program.

(D)ream is the exploratory portion of our programming, which we couple with the Indiana ACE Academy. Indiana ACE Academy is offered through the summer in 1 or 2 week increments.

(E)ducate is the partnership we have with 4-H to encourage the year around learning which meets once a month August – May.

(M)entorship is where we pair students with professionals in the industry and create the bond with the student and their mentor.

(A)chieve is the portion of the foundation that creates internships, job shadowing, career, and/or college placement opportunities for graduates of our program.

Throughout the entirety students are presented with leadership fundamentals and community service opportunities to enhance their overall well-being and able to start building their resumes.

Indiana ACE Academy

This camp offers students in elementary grades an introduction into the world of aviation. They will have the opportunity to travel to various industry partners, work on projects, learn the functions of multiple aircraft, and have in class instruction. We utilize this camp as a stepping stone for the years to come throughout the ACE programming. Lunch will need to be packed for this camp and we will provide the snacks and coolers.

We want to let all parents know that anyone that attends ACE is part of our student family and we mentor them throughout the journeys they take! It is more than a summer camp but an initiation into a mentorship with a Captain who truly cares about youth! ACE is a year around program with several events planned throughout the year.
