Friday, February 17
Check out one of the many story times going on throughout our city.  Here are just a few to consider: Story time on the Reservoir at Eagle Creek,(9:30am)  Preschool Story Time at the Lawrence library (10:30am), The Wild Story Time at The Wild Book Store in Noblesville (10:30).
Get up close and personal with a bird of prey at Meet a Raptor at Eagle Creek Park Ornithology Center.  Free with park admission (4pm).
Finish off the day playing make believe at Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood Live in the Murat Theatre at Old National Centre.  Tickets from $25 still available (6:30pm).
Saturday, February 18
Start your Saturday with a trip to the Children’s Museum.  Today is the opening day for Circus: Starring YOU! exhibit. There will be a special aerialist performance in the Sunburst Atrium
While you are there, be sure to check out the Chocolate Slide and Chocolate Cafe   Who doesn’t love chocolate? (10am-3pm)
Have a little one and not up for the crowds on opening exhibit day at the Children’s Museum?  Try a Parent/Toddler Creative Dance class at Irvington Wellness Center.  This class is geared for children who are just walking up to 2 1/2 years old and combines movement, music, yoga and Brain Dance (10am).
Prefer to be outside enjoying the beautiful winter weather? Head to Carmel for the 2nd Annual Winter Blast at Clay Terrace.  This FREE winter festival is open from 11am to 3pm and includes train rides for kids, carriage rides for the whole family, ice sculptors, and much more!
Sunday, February 19
Get out and enjoy the beauty of the season and learn about maple syrup at Maple Syrup Season at Southeastway Park.  Admission to the park is free but the maple syrup program costs $6/person.  Call the park office to book a tour 317-327-4834.
Take a break from the cold and get in the pool.  Stoney Creek Swim Center has open swim from 4-6pm for just $5/person (max $20/family).
After all the activity you’ve had this weekend, your family will probably be starving!  Lucky for you, Devour Noblesville is happening now (February 17-23, 2017).  Many restaurants in Noblesville are participating and will have great specials.
