Older kids want to play some basketball? Youths can attend open gym at Rhodius Park. This drop-in activity is free for ages 9-17.
Join Faith Indy at Benjamin Harrison YMCA for a fun night of family-friendly arts and crafts from 6-8 pm in Community Room B. This event is free for members and $5 per person for non-members.
Saturday, May 6

Home Depot offers Kids Workshops on the first Saturday of the month from 9 am-noon. Your kids can keep their project, receive a certificate of achievement, a Workshop Apron, and a commemorative pin while supplies last. This is free, but you must register online.
Children ages 6-11 are invited to complete a special LEGO project based on a theme provided the Decatur Branch at 3 p.m. The library will supply the LEGOs, children the imagination! Call (317) 275-4330 to register.
Sunday, May 7

Although Sunday is supposed to be dry, it’s still going to be cold. Why not take your teen to Pottery By You for a walk-in Wonderful Wood class offered every Sunday at 2 pm. Advance registration is not required, but appreciated.
Head out to Skateland from 6:30pm-8:30pm for the$1 Gospel Skate Night. Admission is only $1 and skate rental is $4.
