Join in the fun and learning, 1 pm. – 3 p.m. at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Indianapolis 615 W. 43rd Street, Indianapolis. There will be performances, a panel discussion and an awards ceremony.

MLK Celebration: Speaking of Love
Celebrate the life of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. on the Newfields campus through experiences presented by youth of Tan-Za-Mania Dance Company, Indy Pulse poets and the Teen Arts Council. Requested donation items include canned goods, personal care items and art supplies. Visit for free with a donation from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Dr. MLK Jr. Day of Service at IUPUI
This free event is open to the community. All participants will volunteer at community sites across the city 8:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. Breakfast and a t-shirt are provided. Sign up on the wait list for this popular event.

Indianapolis Zoo at White River State Park
