Carmel Clay Parks and Recreation – Special needs parents can enjoy a little break while their children with special needs enjoy an evening of swimming, eating dinner and watching a movie. This Adaptive Youth Fun Night is designed especially for individuals with disabilities. Registration is required.

The Carmel Spectrum Player’s Cabaret
Nov. 1 at 7pm
The Carmel Spectrum Players is a theater company whose mission is to showcase the talents of those on the autism spectrum. Tickets to the cabaret are just $5 and can be purchased online.
Kids Yoga at Carter’s Play Place
Fridays from 11 – 11:30 am
Join Carter’s Play Place every Friday as you watch and follow along with a kids’ yoga video! It’s guaranteed to be silly, stretchy fun. Parents are welcome to participate or can just relax while Carter’s staff help guide the kiddos in each 20-30 minute session.
Sensory Friendly Morning at Conner Prairie
Nov. 16 from 9 – 10 am
Conner Prairie will be open one hour early for those with Sensory Differences and their families. Lights will be dimmed and noises will be kept to a minimum to ensure a more sensory friendly environment.
Adapted Movement Program Fall Festival
Nov. 16 from 2 – 5 pm
Join the Adaptive Movement Programs Department at IUPUI for their fall festival. Activities include: DJ, Dancing, Games, Crafts, Prizes, and Light Refreshments. Registration is required.
