Wander through an 11-acre corn maze, slide your way down a 100 foot potato sack slide, and more at Connor Prairie’s annual Headless Horseman Halloween Festival.
Do a downtown family date and Ride the Redline! They’ve extended FREE rides through November 4.
The first three Wednesdays in October, bundle up your family and head to Westfield for Stories around the campfire.

Have fun and learn a new skill–take a Halloween-Themed Cooking Class at Sprouts Cooking School.
Halloween is a school night this year, so take advantage of one of the many Trunk-or-Treat options around the city. Most are FREE!
Take the family to the  Historic Irvington Halloween Festival, where you’ll find musicians, contests, Halloween-themed movies, storytelling, ghost tours, a haunted puppet show and dozens of other events.
Walk the Pumpkin trail at the Franklin StoryWalk in the Urban Forest for some Halloween fun. Wear your costume, listen to some not-so-scary stories, and bring a flashlight as you Trick or Treat along the StoryWalk trail.
