Here’s what’s happening around Indy this weekend, April 11-13, 2025.
Easter is on its way, and we have an events calendar full of fun Easter-themed activities for you to enjoy with your family.
Easter is a special time of the year that brings families and communities together. One popular tradition is the Easter egg hunt, a scavenger hunt for brightly colored eggs. If you plan to attend a public Easter egg hunt this year, here are some things to expect and other details to prepare you.
The first thing you need to know is the location and time of the Easter egg hunt. Most public Easter egg hunts in Central Indiana are held in parks, community centers, and other public areas.
Once you know the location and time, arrive early to find a good spot to watch the egg hunt. If the event you plan on attending requires pre-registration, be sure to sign up ahead of time.
Above all, please remember that most of these egg hunt events are organized and moderated by volunteers. Please treat everyone with respect. And, don’t forget to have an eggs-celent time!
