Viking Fest is a ticketed 3-day festival celebrating Viking Culture. Fighting re-enactments, archery, a Viking Village, food, music, and more!
Whitestown’s annual Viking Fest is right around the mead barrel, happening April 29th-May 1st!
The 2022 Viking Fest is located at Anson Acres Park. This is a ticketed event and tickets are $5 each, per day. Kids 2 years old and under are free. You can purchase tickets ahead of time online, or with card or cash at the door.
Friday: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Saturday: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Sunday: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Sunday: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Inflatables will close at 8pm Friday and Saturday.
There will be Viking-themed reenactors in full garb swinging their weapons, multiple Viking villages, a fire performer, artisans, food, mead, and more!
Guests can pay to try out archery and axe throwing. Strong men and women can take place in a Keg Toss competition. While the strong young Vikings can participate in an Iron Skillet toss competition. There will be different ages groups for the prize winners.
The Vikings sell their wares and artisan crafted items throughout the whole Fest, crowd favorites being decorated/engraved drinking horns, silver jewelry, leather goods, soaps, swords, and much more.
