  1. Sadly, Samuelson’s Illiana Garden Railway is closed and no G-scale trains will be running there anymore. The “Bull Moose Line” outdoor venue is being relocated to the Sunset Hill Farm County Park located at 775 Meridian Road, just north of Valparaiso.

To more closely identify with their move to the Sunset Hill Farm County Park the membership of the Railway Society recently voted to change their name to “Sunset Hill’s Illiana Train Society.”
The group plans to carry on the operating traditions and craftsmanship associated with G-scale modeling, opening the new “Bull Moose Line” to the public in the Spring of 2019.
