Seller Registration Is Open for the Fall Indy Kids Consignment Sale | 2026

Is your home overflowing with outgrown kids’ clothing, toys that are no longer played with, or baby gear your family no longer needs? The Indy Kids Consignment Sale makes it easier to clear out the clutter, earn money, and pass those gently used items along to another local family.

Seller registration for the Fall 2026 Indy Kids Sale opens Wednesday, July 22, 2026. Families interested in consigning should register early because seller spaces may be limited.

The Fall Indy Kids Sale will take place September 16-19, 2026, at Finch Creek Fieldhouse, located at 16289 Boden Road in Noblesville. Early-access shopping will be available September 16 and 17, followed by public shopping September 18 from 9 am-8 pm and September 19 from 9 am-1 pm. A Super Sale featuring remaining items at 75% off is scheduled for September 19 from 4-6 pm.

How Selling at Indy Kids Sale Works

Consignors choose the items they would like to sell, prepare and price each item, print tags through the online inventory system, and bring everything to the sale during their scheduled drop-off appointment.

Sellers receive a base commission of 60% of their sales. Consignors who sign up to help during the event can increase their earnings to 65% or 70%, depending on the number of shifts they complete. Helper shifts are limited, so sellers interested in earning a higher percentage should select their shifts soon after registering.

There is a nonrefundable $20 seller registration fee. All registered consignors are also invited to shop during a private presale before the event opens to the public, along with one guest.

What Can You Sell?

Indy Kids Sale accepts a wide variety of new and gently used children’s items, including clothing through teen sizes, shoes, toys, books, furniture, baby equipment, outdoor toys and other kid-related gear. Sellers should review the current accepted-items guidelines before preparing their inventory because seasonal restrictions, item limits and condition requirements may apply.

All items must be entered into the online inventory system by September 11, 2026. Tags may still be printed after the deadline, but no additional merchandise can be entered, so sellers are encouraged to begin preparing their items early. Fall seller drop-off appointments will be available September 12-14.

Turn the Kids’ Clutter Into Cash

Selling children’s items one at a time through online marketplaces can involve taking photos, answering messages, arranging pickup times and dealing with buyers who never arrive. At Indy Kids Sale, families can prepare everything at once, drop it off and let the sale team handle the shopping event.

According to Indy Kids Sale, the average consignor sells more than $600 worth of children’s clothing, toys and gear during one weekend. The event attracts thousands of shoppers each season, giving sellers a chance to place their items in front of families who are already looking for affordable kids’ essentials.

Seller registration opens July 22. Visit the Indy Kids Sale website to register, review the seller agreement, and start preparing your items for the Fall 2026 sale.
