Event Description:
When the solar eclipse occurs in 2024, Edinburgh, Indiana, will be in the middle of the path of totality! Join them to experience more than two and a half hours of the eclipse, including nearly four minutes of totality.
The eclipse is from 1:50 p.m. to 4:23 p.m. on Monday, April 8, 2024, with totality from approximately 3:06 p.m. to 3:10 p.m.
Downtown Edinburgh will celebrate with vendors, food, and activities for all ages! Their theme is “Total Eclipse of the Art” and they will have lots of opportunities for attendees to show their creative side! They’re planning a chalk art contest, community painting, art gallery, chainsaw carving, and more!
