Experience a taste of the islands at the annual Fishers Lu’au at Geist Waterfront Park. This free family-friendly event celebrates Polynesian culture with live entertainment, music, dance, and interactive performances in a beautiful lakeside setting.
The evening features authentic Polynesian entertainment by Lanakila’s Lu’au, including traditional dances representing various Pacific islands, colorful costumes, fire performances, and audience participation.
Schedule Highlights:
5:30 PM: Shuttle service begins
6:00 PM: Event begins
7:00 PM: Pre-Lu’au entertainment
8:00 PM: Lanakila’s Lu’au performance featuring island dances, costumes, fire performances, and crowd participation
9:00 PM: Event concludes
10:00 PM: Shuttle service ends
Know Before You Go:
Free parking and shuttle service are available from Grace Church. Families should plan to use the shuttle system, as parking at Geist Waterfront Park is limited. Strollers are permitted but may need to be folded during shuttle transport.
