Step into a magical morning at the Garfield Park Conservatory with Gnome Storytime, a charming nature-themed program for young children. During this special storytime, kids will gather in the Conservatory Classroom to hear a fun tale about a mischievous garden gnome.
After the story, families are invited to stay and explore the whimsical Gnome Show Display inside the conservatory. This interactive experience encourages curiosity, imagination, and discovery among the plants and displays.
Designed especially for preschool and early elementary-aged children, Gnome Storytime offers a relaxed environment where kids can enjoy storytelling, explore nature, and engage with the conservatory’s seasonal exhibits.
This free drop-in program is open to all families—no registration required.
