Details:
Young music lovers are invited to experience the magic of the orchestra during the Teddy Bear Concert Series at the Greenwood Public Library. This engaging program is designed especially for children ages 3–7 and introduces kids to orchestral instruments through storytelling, movement, and live music.

Musicians from the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra join a narrator to perform an interactive musical story. During this program, families will enjoy The Giant’s Violin, one of five original stories written by ISO violinist Victoria Kintner Griswold.

Kids will have the chance to move along with the music, interact with professional musicians, and even try playing real violins during this fun, hands-on concert experience. Each program lasts about 30 minutes, making it perfect for young attention spans.

Children are encouraged to bring their favorite teddy bear or stuffed friend along for this playful introduction to classical music.

No registration is required.
