PAW Patrol: Adventure Play Exhibit at The Children’s Museum of Indianapolis

The Children’s Museum of Indianapolis created the first-ever PAW Patrol experience, a beloved, hands-on museum exhibit for kids, and after traveling across the country to visit other children’s museums, it’s finally back in Indy for kids to enjoy, so you’d better be there on the double!

PAW Patrol: Adventure Play is officially returning to The Children’s Museum of Indianapolis for a limited time, opening January 31 through May 25, 2026. Indy’s very own Adventure Bay will have your kids ready to save the day with Ryder and his team of pups.

In PAW Patrol: Adventure Play, kids and caregivers join Marshall, Chase, Skye, Rubble, Everest, Rocky, Zuma, and Tracker as they explore their unique abilities, overcome challenges, and work together to help friends in Adventure Bay.

This exhibit is built for open-ended play and encourages physical movement, problem-solving, cooperation, and confidence, all wrapped up in a familiar PAW Patrol world kids instantly recognize.

PAW Patrol: Adventure Play is included in your regular museum admission and Access Pass admission, free for members of The Children’s Museum, and included on Children’s Museum free days and discount days.

What Can You Do at PAW Patrol: Adventure Play?

The experience begins at Lookout Tower, where kids pick up a Pup Pack and officially join the PAW Patrol crew before heading out on their first rescue missions.

Throughout the exhibit, families can:

🐾 Strap on a Pup Pack and explore Adventure Bay alongside the PAW Patrol pups
🐾 Pose for photos with favorite characters throughout the exhibit
🐾 Help Marshall restack a giant cake outside of Porter’s Cafe in Downtown Adventure Bay
🐾 Pitch in with Rocky to help keep the community clean
🐾 Hop aboard the Sea Patroller with Zuma and Skye to rescue baby dolphins and seagulls
🐾 Assist Mayor Goodway as you help keep Adventure Bay safe for people and animals
🐾 Head high into Jake’s Mountain with Rubble and Everest to rescue a snowboarder
🐾 Climb, crawl, and explore the mountain environment
🐾 Drive the PAW Patroller and push all the buttons kids love
🐾 Participate in hands-on and digital interactives that support teamwork and imagination

Each area is designed to let kids lead the play, choosing how they engage while caregivers join right alongside them.

Why Families Love This Exhibit

PAW Patrol: Adventure Play was created by The Children’s Museum of Indianapolis, and it shows. The exhibit blends physical environments with storytelling and role play with lots of hands-on opportunities, dress up, and familiar features our kids have grown up with.

It’s a great fit for preschoolers who love pretend play, vehicles, uniforms, and “helping” scenarios. It’s also approachable for kids who benefit from clear themes, familiar characters, and predictable environments.

Plus, everyone can play together, no matter their ages.

More About the Paw Patrol Exhibit at The Children’s Museum

Each of the pups has special skills, gadgets, and vehicles to help them on their rescue missions. In the exhibit, families are invited to pop on a pup pack containing their own imaginary tools to check out the lay of the land from the lookout tower or scope things out near the snowy slide to see if anyone is in trouble. They can also hop on board the Land Patroller, push buttons, and drive it to the mountain top, and help Rubble and Everest excavate a cave and save the day when a snowboarder is in trouble.

Those with a taste for a foodie adventure can whip up tasty treats in the pretend bakery and help Adventure Bay win the Tallest Cake Competition by stacking layer upon layer of soft, spongy cake. Or, head out to sea aboard the Sea Patroller, steering it to rescue baby seagulls and turtles.

The hands-on, immersive exhibit is a fun way for the whole family to learn bravery and heroism, with exciting stories that never get too scary because the whole family can save the day by combining their skills to problem-solve together.

There’s no job too big and no pup too small!
