Starting in April and though October, Warm Springs Ranch opens their gates and welcomes visitors twice a day (except on Wednesday). Warm Springs Ranch is not only the home to the most famous clydesdales in the world, the Budweiser clydesdales, but it’s where the babies are made! This is the breeding facility where Super Bowl (commercial) stars are discovered, where parade participants are prepared for the honor of being a part of the hitch team. It’s no wonder that reservations must have to be made pretty far in advance to score one of the limited daily tickets for the hour long walking tour.
On our visit we got to meet Hope, the star of the 2013 Budweiser Super Bowl Commercial. My husband loved that at the end of the tour he could enjoy a nice, cold, refreshing glass of Budweiser. The grounds were beautiful and the horses were so beautiful. If you are ever in the area, you have to visit, just be sure to grab those tickets online EARLY!
Warm Springs Ranch (25270 State Highway 98, Boonville, MO) is ADA compliant and fully handicap accessible. Wheel chairs, walkers, scooters, wagons and strollers are all welcome and will find that the tour is easily navigated on flat, level, paved ground, even for the outdoor portions. The tour is about 90 minutes long. Tickets are $10 per person, children under two are free. Purchase your tickets in advance by calling 888.972.5933 or visiting the ticketing website.
