Hippotherapy in Indiana: A Statewide Guide to Horse Therapy Services

Winston Churchill once said, “No Hour of Life is Wasted That is Spent in the Saddle.”  I believe this is especially true for children who are facing various challenges.  Horses, in my opinion, are gentle giants who provide comfort and peace when times are stressful physically, mentally and emotionally.  Since 1969, horses have been used as therapy for individuals facing difficulties and challenges in life.  Indy With Kids cares about the physical, mental and emotional needs of children from all backgrounds.  For this reason, we have compiled a statewide list by county of organizations that offer equine therapy to help children in need.  If you know of an equine therapy program that is not listed below, please contact Indy With Kids, so that we can add the information to our list.
