Details:
Introduce your little ones to the joy of live music at the Teddy Bear Concert Series at the East 38th Street Branch Library. This special program is designed for children ages 3–7 and offers a fun, interactive introduction to instruments of the orchestra.

Musicians from the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra perform alongside a narrator to bring musical stories to life. During this program, families will enjoy The Runaway Strings, one of several original stories written by ISO violinist Victoria Kintner Griswold.

Children will have opportunities to move along with the music, interact with professional musicians, and even try playing real violins during the performance. The concert lasts about 30 minutes, making it a perfect first orchestra experience for young children.

Kids are encouraged to bring their favorite teddy bear or stuffed animal along for the musical adventure.

No registration is required.
