Join Indy Parks and Aspire House Sports as we learn the fundamentals of roller skating. We will learn the parts of a roller skate, how to start, stop, and change direction, as well as more advanced techniques. These classes are designed to be effective for beginners to intermediate skaters and the instructor will provide on-the-spot coaching and personalized exercises that will help you become a better roller skater quickly. Whether it is your first time on skates or you’re a seasoned skater, this class has something for everyone. Parents are welcome to join their student(s) in the program but must register separately.
Participants must register through Aspire House. https://www.aspirehousefit.org/intro-to-roller-skating.cfm There will be a $5.00 fee at registration.
