About the Festival
The Irvington Halloween Festival is one of the oldest and largest Halloween celebrations in the country, dating back to 1947! This beloved community tradition takes over the historic Irvington neighborhood with a week of spooky fun, leading up to the grand finale—the Halloween Parade. Families come from all over Indianapolis to enjoy festive floats, costumed characters, marching bands, and plenty of trick-or-treat spirit.
