Are the kids bored at home? Need to get out of the house and move your bodies?
IGNITE has the solution! Join them starting June 12th at 10:15 AM for a FREE fitness class designed for families!
You’ll get moving with fun, simple dance routines and strengthen your bodies using light weights and even drumsticks! 
Everyone is welcome, and they encourage you to bring the kids!
Stay after class for some social time and coffee. Feel free to bring snacks for your kids.
