Indianapolis has a rich culinary scene that caters to all ages and I’m always on the lookout for family-friendly restaurants near me. The research was tough (yes, we tried them all), but these are some of the best restaurants in Indianapolis to take your kids to. This list is chock full of fun restaurants for kids, restaurants with play areas, and really, just some of the most beloved and best restaurants for families.

Most Indy area parents can quickly fall in love with a restaurant that has a kids menu, kids eat free night, and changing tables in the restrooms (BOTH male AND female restrooms), but there’s even more to be said about a restaurant that your KIDS love!

We asked YOU (Indy with Kids readers) for help finding the best restaurants in and near Indy for children and families. We had one rule when seeking input, your kids must love eating there.
