Plan Ahead and Buy Tickets Online
Before you visit, head to Urban Air’s website to complete a waiver for each participant. This will save you time at the registration counter. You can also buy tickets in advance online, as the park does reach capacity at times. If you already have Urban Air socks, don’t forget to bring them! Otherwise, purchase this required, non-slip footwear for $3.49 at the park. Socks must be worn at all times and they must be Urban Air socks.
All-Day Adventure at Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park
When you arrive at Urban Air, you’ll head to the kiosk to complete or print your waiver ticket. Take that ticket to the counter to purchase your tickets and socks, if needed. Your child will receive a wristband indicating which areas they’ll have access to. They can then put on their Urban Air socks, hang up coats on the coat racks, and put their shoes in a cubby by the front door.
Once inside, kids can explore the different areas of the park. Immediately to the right, they’ll find all of the trampolines, dodgeball arena, Wipeout course, freestyle course, basketball Slam Dunk Zone, and open trampolines where the younger kids will be most comfortable. In the middle of the park, there’s a rock wall climbing area where children are hooked up to a bungee cord and can climb up walls, ladders, poles, etc. Falls and jumps from the top are safe, as climbers are attached to the cord.
The center of the park houses the giant jungle gym which has so many slides, tubes, obstacles, and levels to explore. This is also where the elevated ropes course and Sky Rider takes off from. The Sky Rider is a zip-line roller coaster that takes visitors on a thrilling ride on the ceiling of the park. The coaster is suspended 20 feet above the ground and has several twists and turns that make for an exhilarating experience. Don’t be alarmed by the squeals of delight from above.
To the left as you enter the park, you will find the Spin Zone bumper cars and the virtual reality arena that features a variety of different games and experiences. The virtual reality space is a great way to experience new and exciting worlds without ever leaving the park. Past this, you will find several arcade games including Jurassic Park, motorcycle racing, a hurricane simulator, and basketball.
At the back of the park is the Battle Beam jousting pit and the Ninja Warrior obstacle course. The American Ninja Warrior-style course is set above a ball pit for soft falls. There are several different lanes of the Ninja Warrior course, so once kids make it through, they can run around to the front and try a different lane.
Urban Cafe
Urban Air has a large dining area and even serves adult drinks. Urban Cafe offers pizza, soft pretzels, Icees, ice cream, and more. You can plan to spend an evening at Urban Air, eat whenever everyone gets hungry, and share a bucket of beer amongst the adults while the kids play.
Restrooms and Seating
There is a set of bathrooms between the food court and the party rooms. More bathrooms, including single occupancy rooms, are at the back of the park by the Warrior course. These also offer seats for children to be strapped in while a parent uses the facilities.
There is plenty of seating throughout the park at picnic tables, booths, and paid massage chairs. The massage chairs take cash or card and you can do a couple of minutes or 20 minutes! There’s also tons of seating in the food court area.
Choose Your Adventure Access Passes
There are several access passes to choose from. Depending on how long you plan to stay, how busy the park is, and your budget, you can choose between several different levels that give you access to specific attractions throughout the park. Most of the time, your ticket is good for as long as you want to stay. However, if Urban Air hits capacity on a very busy day, your stay can be limited to two hours.
