Grab your hiking boots and head to Eagle Creek Park for Books and Boots! Our book for winter is “A Warm Winter Tail” by Carrie A. Pearson and illustrated by Christina Wald. This books focuses on animal adaptations to survive winter. After we finish the book, we will hit the trails. Hopefully we will be lucky enough to spot some animals along the way but we will be prepared with a backpack full of adaptations to see along the hike just in case.
We will meet at the EDC Shelter. Masks are not required to take part in this program. Come dressed for the weather and being outdoors. This program is free with park admission. Registration is no longer required for this program.
