Explore the night sky during Cosmically Koteewi at Strawtown Koteewi Park. Local astronomer Doug Balogh will lead families through an engaging discussion about astronomy and celestial wonders before heading outside to observe the sky.
Participants can bring their own telescope or use the host’s telescope. Doug, a member of the Indiana Astronomical Society, will share his love of the night sky and talk about cosmic discoveries, from nebulae to distant galaxies.

The indoor presentation will take place rain or shine, but outdoor viewing may be canceled due to bad weather. Dress for the weather.
