This 5K event is perfect for competitive and fun runners, walkers, joggers, moms, dads, children and even pets! Event proceeds help families with children in area hospitals stay at the nearby Ronald McDonald House at little or no cost. That way, parents can be with their children throughout treatment without worrying about a large hotel bill. So far, IREM Indy, with the help of our sponsors and participants, has raised over $250,000! All of our great efforts go a long way, earning IREM Indy the prestigious Helping Hand Award and having a room named after us at the Ronald McDonald House! . There are cash prizes for top three male and top three female finishers. There will be games and activities for kids, plus a Rookie Run after the main 5K event!! Participants gain free entry to the Hall of Champions with race bib. The course is back on the popular Indianapolis Downtown Canal.
Packet pickup information: Saturday (Race Day): 7:15 AM – 8:20 AM inside the NCAA Hall of Champions
RACE DAY REGISTRATION is available starting at 7:15 AM inside the NCAA Hall of Champions.
The 5K course showcases the beautiful Indianapolis Downtown Canal. Start and finish are directly in front of the NCAA Hall of Champions (south side of the building next to Celebration Plaza). Two water stops will be on course at approximately mile 1 and mile 2.
