Get your kites in the air for this free community event in Celebration Plaza at White River State Park. There will be plenty of space to get your own kite in the air or you can build your own with our DIY kite kits while supplies last.
Grab a bite to eat from The Garnacha Spot and Sweet Valley Ice Cream. Yard games will also be out for the whole family to enjoy. There will also be a chance to connect with the Irsay Family YMCA at CityWay and the Indianapolis Public Library to learn more about their summer programming.
