What is KidStrong?
“KidStrong is a science-based kids training program designed to help parents raise strong, confident, high-character kids. We incorporate movement and fun into the learning process, empowering kids to learn more effectively. Our program focuses on character, physical, and brain development through weekly 45-minute, age-based classes.”
Kidstrong is a membership-based program where weekly classes are attended at a KidStrong facility with high-quality equipment, specialized training programs, and highly certified coaches that serve as a milestone motivator. KidStrong has 2 locations in central Indiana, one in Noblesville and the other in Carmel. Both locations offer weekly classes, camps, and events like Parents Night Out.
Classes are held once a week so KidStrong can build a strong foundation in their students to help them succeed, and every 10 classes, students rank up and earn higher privileges in class, like helping the coach move equipment, helping welcome new students, helping demo the courses, and much more!
I AM STRONG, I AM BRAVE, I CAN DO THIS
Every class at Kidstrong begins with the affirmation, “I AM STRONG, I AM BRAVE, I CAN DO THIS”. This emphasizes their core belief of creating an environment where children can work towards different physical, character, and brain milestones. The 45-minute classes are facilitated by two KidStrong coaches. KidStrong has highly trained coaches who have a passion for child development and education. As a parent, this is evident when you watch the coach’s interaction with the students, how they are constantly motivating and encouraging the children by praising them and assisting them if they see that they are struggling with a certain task. I love how, at the end of each class, they recognize students in a mini award ceremony. They acknowledge students for many things, including those who led by example, were a good helper, participated in their first class, and who ranked up to the next level. Throughout the class session, the coaches are taking pictures, and at the end of the class, parents get an email with pictures of their student.
Physical Milestones: Pull-ups, Rope Climb, speed and agility, Balance, Grip Strength, Climbing
Character Milestones: Teamwork, Grit, Bravery, Confidence, Regulation
Brain Milestones: Reaction Time, Impulse Control, Problem Solving, Body Awareness
Each class has milestone goals that the children work to achieve. The class that my daughters attended worked on rope climbing physical milestones, did an obstacle course where the coaches slowly took away the equipment (cones, bosu balls, balance beam) to encourage children to work on brain milestones of reaction time and problem solving and character milestones of bravery and confidence and there was also a teamwork building push pull exercise where children had to work together in small groups to work together to gather cones and bring them to the other side.

Parents Night Out
Parents Night Out at Kidstrong is a specific 3-hour event that allows parents to have a date night while the children participate in a night of fun led by two KidStrong coaches. For Parents Night Out, there are 30 spots available, first-come, first-served. The price is $35 for Members and $45 for Non-Members, and they offer a $10 sibling discount. Pizza is provided; if you’d like your child to eat something else, please pack it with them. Visit the website for the Carmel location and the Noblesville location for more details.
Private Party and Event Information
Looking for a unique birthday party idea for your child? Consider having your child’s birthday celebration at a KidStrong facility. KidStrong can accommodate parties on Fridays and Saturdays at 2:30 pm and 5:00 pm, and Sundays at 3:00 pm and 5:30 pm. Hosting a party at KidStrong is stress-free because they take care of everything, including setup, clean up, serving of any food, and running all the exciting activities.
KidStrong allows only one private event at a time, so the party goers have exclusive use of the Blue Floor and the gym’s state-of-the-art equipment. Parties are given 20 minutes for set up, 60 minutes of blue floor fun, and 30 minutes for cake/food/gifts. The party will be facilitated by 2 KidStrong coaches who will also assist with decorating for the event. If any of the children attending the event are 3 and under, they will need a parent present with them on the floor to help them participate in activities.
Base Package Pricing is based on 15 kid participants, and each additional guest is $15 and Non-member party pricing is $399, and Member party pricing $299. There are additional add-ons, including KidStrong Birthday Party T-Shirts at $15, party supplies $30, and additional time on the Blue Floor is $50 per every additional 30 minutes.
KidStrong Camp
KidStrong Summer Camp is a 5-day summer camp session (Monday through Friday, 9 am to 2:30 pm) with 20 available spots that KidStrong offers weekly throughout the summer. The camp is available to children ages 4 to 9 years old, and all kids must be potty-trained to attend KidStrong Camp. No membership is required, and availability is on a first-come, first-served basis. The camp is led by 2 coaches with a daily schedule that includes activities (examples include obstacle course, Floor is Lava, STEAM projects, and games) to enhance a child’s character, physical, and brain development along age-specific milestones.
