Parents’ Night Out Locations
Here are a few local organizations and attractions that offer kids a fun and safe place to play so you can enjoy a few hours off the clock.

Parents Night Out is led by two KidStrong coaches who are professional, experienced, highly trained, and have a passion for child development and education. There are 30 spots available, first come, first serve. The price is $35 for Members and $45 for Non-Members, and they offer a $10 sibling discount. Pizza is provided, if you’d like your child to eat something else please pack it with them. Visit the website for the Carmel location and the Noblesville location for more details.
Sprouts Cooking School for Kids
North of Indianapolis – Kids ages 3 and up can register for regular Parent’s Night Out events at Sprouts. Kids will prepare a themed snack while parents have two hours to go on a date night, grocery shop, whatever! Register online.

Interactive Academy
North of Indianapolis – Their popular Parent’s Night Out programs are a chance for kids to have a great time one Saturday a month from 5-9 pm. The program includes dinner, games (craft on special occasions), gymnastics, and a movie. Children must be 3 years old and fully potty trained. Visit them online for upcoming dates and registration.

Dana Mannix Gymnastics
North Side of Indianapolis – Every other Saturday, Dana Mannix Gymnastics will offer a Saturday night camp with fun activities for children ages 5 & up. Campers will go through obstacle courses, jump on trampolines, run through the bounce house, eat pizza, and watch a movie.

Price: $30/child & $25/siblings if paid in advance. $35/child (no sibling discount) if registered the day of the event.
Geist Sports Academy
East Side of Indianapolis – Drop your kids off on select Saturday nights from 6-10 pm. for Parent’s Night Out Gym Jam. Kids will be running, jumping, bouncing, and playing for four hours straight while you get some time off. Upcoming dates are available on their calendar.

Wright’s Gymnastics
South of Indianapolis – Drop the kids off at Wright’s Fundamentals Southeast on the last Saturday of the month for themed activities and open gym play. Suitable for kids age 2-12. Contact Wright’s at (317) 888-4805 for more information or to RSVP.

Bisque Barn Pottery Paint Studio
West of Indianapolis – This monthly kids night out includes painting a pottery piece, making a surprise craft, pizza, drinks, games and lots of fun. They can accommodate children with special needs and diet restrictions, but 48 hours advance notice is needed to guarantee food choices are available. Open to all ages, but the child must be able to use the restroom independently.

The Well Community Center
West of Indianapolis – During the school year, parents can take advantage of parents night out at The Well Community Center on second Saturday of each month from 6-8:30 pm. All ages are welcome and activities include a snack, craft, bible story, magic show, and play time. Registration is posted to their Facebook page around the first of each month.

Hoosier Warriors Gym Parents Night Out
West of Indianapolis – Kids (Parents) Night Out is a three hour “Drop In” event in the gym where kids ages 3-13 years old will play games, try the obstacle courses, participate in activities and socializing with their friends. Price includes a drink and a snack. Registration closes after 20 kids are registered. PNO is open to all and takes places twice a month.

The Stem Connection
Northwest Side of Indianapolis – STEM@Night! is for Kindergarten-6th grade. The evening is packed with fun, hands-on, minds-on and feet-on-the ground STEM activities. The night takes place at Moore Road Farm one Saturday a month from 5-8 pm and includes dinner (Amore cheese pizza and juice). Space is limited and registration is required.

KidsCommons
South of Indianapolis in Columbus – STEAM After Dark is a three-hour program that will introduce children to STEAM concepts, while giving them time to explore the museum after-hours with hands-on activities and experiments. A pizza dinner will be provided at the beginning of each night. This program is available for children age 5-12. Check their website for future dates.

The YMCA
Most area YMCA locations host a kids night (or day) out at varying frequencies and times. Activities vary, but typically include swimming, games, crafts, dinner and general fun with friends. Check your local YMCA for more details and registration information.
Parents Night Out Programs for Kids with Special Needs
Carmel Clay Parks and Rec
Designed for individuals with disabilities, this kids night out includes swimming, eating dinner, and watching a movie at the Monon Community Center.
Price: $13 for school age session / $11 for preschool session
Easterseals Crossroads
Typically scheduled on Fridays from 6:15-10 pm, this program provides care at multiple locations for children with disabilities and their siblings ages 6 months through 12 years. A parents day out event is also available on the fourth Saturday of each month from 10 am-2 pm. (Teen programs are held in conjunction with Carmel Clay Parks and Recreation at the Monon Community Center.) Parents can choose one event each month and must register in advance. JCC Indianapolis
This parents night out program is a respite opportunity for parents, with fun and inclusive programs geared towards children with special needs and their siblings. These events are offered the fourth Saturday of the month in August, September, and October 2018, and January, February, March and May 2019 for children age 2-12. Embracing Abilities at Our Shepherd Lutheran Church
Each month, Embracing Abilities will host a special needs kids night out for children 6 months to 16 years of age. A staff/to child ratio of 1:1, 1:2, 1:3 and 1:4 will be provided depending on individual needs. The programs dates and times, as well as registration information can be found here. “Typical” siblings are also welcome.
Price: Funding for our Parent’s Day Out program is available through the FSW and CIH waivers (Service codes: PAC, RESPITE, COMMUNITY HAB). Private pay is $25 an hour.
