It’s our favorite time of year! Brickworld 2020, the LEGO Fan Expo is back at the Indiana State Fairgrounds Saturday, March 21st and Sunday, March 22nd. We’re big fans of LEGO bricks and all of the fun, we love the LEGO Store and we especially love the LEGO Life meetings at Castleton Square Mall.
Brickworld LEGO Expo in Indianapolis
Don’t miss 65,000 square feet of LEGO activities, displays and hands-on building fun. As if your kids weren’t already nuts about LEGO bricks, the LEGO Movies have completely snagged the attention of the newest generation of kids at this point. The displays and interactive stations are first class, full of talent and loved by all ages.
- Check out the seek and find activities throughout the area
- Building a community mosaic from LEGO bricks
- Take control of the fighting robots
- See demonstrations of the robot chess game
- Drive remote control trucks over rough LEGO brick terrain
- Watch amazing Rube Goldberg LEGO machines
- Tour the building full of amazing brick creations
Once your kids see the power of another person’s creativity, their own genius will be unlocked and it will be pretty difficult to control all of the possibilities they want to explore with their own LEGO sets. While you are at the LEGO fan expo, you can purchase customized bricks and people, new sets of the popular bricks and other fun LEGO fan paraphernalia.
Advance ticket purchase online is highly recommended because you can save money AND you won’t have to wait in the ticket sales line when you get there. Last year this saved us at least a 30 minute wait in line since we arrived at a high traffic time. Looking for fewer crowds? In the past, Sunday morning and late Sunday afternoon have had fewer people attending than during other times.
