Taylor Swift: The Laser Show

Jul. 19, 3 pm
The Challenger Learning Center

Enjoy music from the Eras tour in The Twinkling Lights with this laser show presented inside the planetarium. Sing, dance, and trade friendship bracelets as you sing along to Taylor’s top hits, all while you are immersed in the show.

Taylor Swift Bingo and Paint

Tell a friend You Belong With Me at this fun Swift-themed event at local pottery painting studio, Kiln Creations! Preregistration is required and may sell out, so save your spot ASAP! Tickets are $19.89. You can expect Bingo trivia with prizes, iconic Taylor Swift images and lyrics to add to your pottery designs using silk screens, friendship-bracelet making, snacks, and all your favorite Taylor Swift music in the background.

Swiftie Stretch

Just Breathe, Just Relax as you connect with other Swifties and your inner-Swiftie, when you attend this unique experience that combines meditation and yoga inspired by and alongside TSwift’s melodies. Enjoy seventy-five minutes of stretch, and possibly some kitty snuggles from the resident cats at the studio. This is part of a series, with additional dates on 7/27, 8/3, 8/10. 8/17, 8/24, & 8/31.

Fearless: The Taylor Swift Tribute

Let’s Sing Taylor- A Live Band Experience

You know it All Too Well. The timeless Symphony on the Prairie series combined with musical covers of the iconic Taylor Swift is sure to be an unforgettable experience. Burning Red- Taylor Tribute

Aug. 24, 7 pm|
Mallow Run Winery

Part of Mallow Run Winery’s 2024 Picnic Concert Series, Burning Red will be covering Taylor’s hits live on the lawn. Gates open at 5:30, there will be a food truck on-site, and kids 12 and under are FREE, so Escape Town For A Little While and plan to make a night of celebrating all of Taylor’s Eras here.

The Bejeweled Band: A Taylor Swift Tribute

With a Promise To Be Dazzling, the live music of the Bejeweled Band will have you singing and dancing along to Taylor’s hits. The concert at Daniel’s Vineyard starts at 7, but you can arrive as early as 6 pm. Children 12 and under are FREE on the lawn, so score your tickets and enjoy pizza under the stars as you listen to all your favorite songs.

Taylor Shines: The Laser Spectacular

Sept. 21, 7 pm
The Ford Center- Evansville
1 SE Martin Luther King Jr Boulevard, Evansville

Get Lost In The Lights during these two hours of lights and lasers coordinated to Swift’s hits. DJs Tiff and JC give a performance that combines 3-D effects, video projections, and lasers to make a truly spectacular show for the whole family.

The Children’s Museum is celebrating Taylor Swift’s Eras tour in style! Say hello to the giant dinosaurs bejeweled in their own bracelets of prehistoric proportions on your way to create friendship bracelets to take home and share with other Swifties. This event is recommended for ages 6 and up and requires tickets purchased ahead of time.

Eras Trail Tour

Sept. 28, 10 am-12 pm

Explore Zionsville by bicycle! This trail ride has a Taylor Swift theme, so you can expect an Eras costume contest, a bike decorating contest, and plenty of Taylor Swift’s music. Contests are judged based on creativity, adherence to the theme, and overall presentation. Don’t forget to register and pay your $5 fee ahead of time! Participants ages 6 and up are welcome to participate.

Swifties Unite!

Oct. 22, 6 -7 pm
Mooresville Public Library

I Don’t Know About You, But I’m Feeling 22 because on October 22, the Mooresville Public Library is having a party for Swifties. The festivities will include a scavenger hunt, selfie station, bracelet making and trading, and of course, Taylor’s Version tunes.

Calling all Swifties! You are invited to this fundraising event, featuring friendship bracelet making and refreshments. Be sure to Polish Up Nice for a night of singing and dancing along with The Bejeweled Band’s performance.

Taylor Swift Party

Party with the Washington Township Parks Department and make some final preparations for Taylor’s Indy concerts! Play Swiftie Singo, snap photos in the themed photo booth, and get creative with Taylor Swift coloring pages and friendship bracelet-making. All ages are invited but register and pay your $10 fee ahead of time.

On the first night of Taylor’s 3-day stay in Indy, the Indiana State Museum is hosting a Tay-gating party with local vendors and more! Take the Moment and Taste It with some of the delicious food and mocktails available. There will also be a DJ to entertain, and chances to sing karaoke and trade friendship bracelets. General admission and VIP tickets are available for this event.

Baseb(All) Too Well: Concert Pre-Party

Victory Field invites you to a Taylor Swift-themed Wonderland! Guests should dress to impress for this pre-show party. General admission is $50 and includes unlimited access to several food stations, a Lavender Haze welcome cocktail/mocktail, temporary tattoo stations, photo booths, music, and bracelet trading. Level up to a VIP ticket or even a private suite for your group for an additional cost.  If you need parking during any of the concerts, pre-book your spot at Victory Field for $60.

The Wildest Era Event

This party is sure to exceed your Wildest Dreams! If you love both animals and Taylor Swift, stop by the Indianapolis Zoo for an event combining the two. Make paper chain “bracelets” that will be given to zoo residents as enrichment activities, trade your own bracelets, go on a themed Swiftie scavenger hunt, and meet some special animal friends. The Wildest Era event is free for members and included in regular admission ($19.89 for these days only). Guests can also purchase themed snacks and specialty souvenirs to commemorate this special weekend.

SWIFT + SHIMMER Pre-Party (Heirloom’s Version)

This all-ages event happens every day Taylor is in town. We know that Karma Is A Cat, and you can play with cute kitties from the Indy Humane Society at this event. In addition, enjoy food, drinks, music, and themed photo opportunities. General admission and VIP ticketing options are available.

Swiftie Sleepover!

Nov. 1 – 3, 2 pm-10 am

Do you have a Girl Scout in the family who will be heading to Lucas Oil Stadium for the main event? For a deeply discounted rate, she and any family or friends also going to the concert can enjoy some Girl Scout hospitality every night Taylor performs. Make the Friendship Bracelets, among other Swiftie activities, including a dance party, make-and-take crafts, and a photo booth. Bring your sleeping bag and stay the night. Registration also includes breakfast in the morning and a fun patch to commemorate the event.

Gather with other fans at the Children’s Museum to celebrate this major weekend in our city! Visit the dinos decked out in their friendship bracelets (outside the museum), trade friendship bracelets, join a Taylor Swift dance party in the atrium, make bedazzled slime, and see an authentic dress Taylor wore on Dancing with the Stars. The Par-TAY is included with admission and each day’s festivities begin at 10 am.

Blooms & Beats: A Flower Workshop & Mocktail/Cocktail Experience

Nov. 1 at 2 pm & Nov. 2 at 10 am

Just a 1 mile walk from the big event at Lucas Oil Stadium is Flower Boys, a florists shop that regularly hosts classes where guests can learn the art of flower arranging. The shop puts a Swiftie spin on their floral experience at Blooms & Beats. Each attendee will design either a flower crown or a bouquet inspired by one of Taylor’s eras. You’ll also receive a complimentary mocktail (grown-ups can make it a mocktail for an upcharge). Your ticket costs $48 for 1.5 hours of access to the event.

Taylor Swift Night at Urban Apples

Urban Apples opened in Westfield in the spring, so take advantage of this opportunity to check it out if you haven’t yet! For Taylor Swift Night, the cidery will play your favorite songs all evening long. A food truck will be on-site, in addition to the restaurant’s regular delicious offerings, and plans for more Swiftie-themed fun are in the works. Rent a fire pit to make the night even more special.

Shake It Off Fest

Taylor Swift Bracelet Making and Trivia Event

Snuggle adorable kittens and join in with other Swifties making friendship bracelets! Smitten Kitten Cat Cafe’s event also includes a game of Taylor Swift Trivia (Nov 2) or Taylor Swift Complete the Lyric (Nov 3). Reservations are $30. Children under 12 must be accompanied by a paid adult.
