Every year, local Catholic churches put together about six weeks of fish fry nights, and we’re not complaining. A good old-fashioned fish fry is super popular among those who observe Lent, but they’re not the only ones showing up! Each Fish Fry location below is open to the public.
Jumping from Catholic fish fry to fish fry for the next few weeks is a great way to get to know new people and new areas of Indianapolis. Plus, that beer batter goodness is just so great! Next, you’ll be looking for the best egg hunts.
Lenten fish fries are a great way to enjoy a meal with your family and others in the Indy area while observing religious practices regarding food consumption during the Lenten season.
