The Fashion Mall at Keystone
We are always on the hunt for a new place to play, and when it coincides with another place we need to visit anyway, it’s an even bigger bonus! Errand running and shopping with my children in tow just got easier with the new play area and family-friendly features at the Fashion Mall at Keystone.
Starting with the parking lot, The Fashion Mall welcomes families with priority parking for parents with young children. These types of spaces make the idea of going to the mall with two small children already seem less intimidating. Of course, once you get in the mall what’s the first thing your child always has to do? Go to the bathroom. Adjacent to the food court is not one, but a whole suite of parent and child bathroom stalls complete with side by side adult and child toilets! Do you prefer to feed your baby in a quiet space, away from the bustle of the crowds? Look for the cozy nursing room next to the women’s bathroom.
We love eating lunch at The Fashion Mall because of the healthy food choices and accommodations for kids, but the addition of a brand new children’s area makes dining even more enjoyable, as I can promise a few minutes in this cool area once we’re done. The play space is different from other mall play areas, as they have lots of toys that invoke memories of my own childhood. A giant Connect Four, Rock ‘Em Sock ‘Em Robots, a light cube, Simon, Legos and coloring pages are a fun distraction for my children after tagging along on my errands.
Needless to say, we are thrilled about The Fashion Mall at Keystone adding these new family friendly features to their design! I’m sure we’ll be visiting again very soon.
